You won't find a sauvignon blanc or straight up pinot gris. They are simplifying things right down and putting the focus on style, rather than variety.

Unico Zelo
Inspired by the desire to craft uniquely Australian wines for our lifestyle and culture, Brendan and Laura Carter craft wines that speak to where they come from, with varieties - particularly fiano and nero d'avola - that require little to no irrigation. The wines are crafted with a minimal intervention philosophy and the results are jovial and expressive examples of site and soil.

Weingut Huls
Markus Huls apprenticed with icon Markus Molitor in Mosel before taking over the family owned Domaine in Krov, Mosel. Strength of expression, on top of Mosel purity, are the hallmarks of his winemaking style as it all happens in the vineyard. Generally speaking: Markus does everything organically and the unique microclimate of the steep, Blue Devon slate slopes adds a distinctive flavour spectrum to his wines.
